This is an honest review sharing from step A to Z of the rental process, for the benefit of future students who wish to stay in Lexington House at 118 E 102nd St. I am reviewing on behalf of my son as I involved in most of the rental process. He rents this place for a year.

I had a smooth move-in experience with Outpost Club at Kensington House. The remote check-in process was clear and well-guided. Special thanks to Ashley for her kindness and support—she made everything easy and stress-free. Customer service was responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

I've lived within a. Outpost Club building for 18 months now, first in the Williamsburg House and now in the Greenpoint House. The amenities are great, I've made some good friends in that time. I have really appreciated the convenience of furnished apartments and short term lets with no hidden fees.

I've been living with Outpost for seven months and have been enjoying my stay with them. For St. Patrick's Day they hosted a bar crawl in Williamsburg and it was so much fun. They really want to build community with their tenants to make sure they have an awesome stay with them.

Stayed at their Maison On Linden and it was amazing. The rooms and apartments are very clean and get regularly cleaned as well. Five star amenities. Very responsive team that accommodated every single request I had ASAP. Definitely staying again, definitely recommend staying here for anyone.

Great company! The landlord is very responsive and communicates via WhatsApp, which makes interactions much smoother. I was in contact with Evans throughout the entire process, and he provided excellent support. The move-in experience was very straightforward!
